Abstract

|
The tubereulosis in renal transplant recipients is variable in clinical manifestation, and commonly developes at extrapulmonary site. Because such condition carry a significant mortality and morbidity and may jeopardize the function of the renal
allograft, physicians who treat renal transplant recipients should be fammiliar with the diverse manifestation of tuberculosis infection.
We report a unusual case of tuberculous lymphadenopathy presented with abdominal mass in a renal transplant recipient mimicking lymphoma and discuss the problem of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in renal transplantation.
